Refund Policy

Lake Ben Productions provides custom digital services such as video editing, songwriting, voiceovers, background vocals, digital design, AI artistry, and other creative media. Because our products are digital and often customized, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the value of the work delivered.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital and custom nature of our services, all sales are final once work has begun.
This applies to:

  • Video editing

  • Songwriting

  • Voiceovers and background vocals

  • Digital flyers and graphics

  • AI-assisted creative content

  • Any custom creative work

Digital products cannot be “returned,” and creative labor cannot be undone, so refunds are generally not provided.

2. Refunds Before Work Begins

If you request a cancellation before any work has started, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
This must be requested within 24 hours of purchase unless otherwise communicated.

Once concept development, editing, writing, or any form of labor begins, the project is no longer eligible for a refund.

3. Quality Issues or File Errors

If a delivered file is:

  • Corrupted

  • Missing

  • Incorrectly exported

  • Not accessible due to a technical error

We will correct the file and resend it at no additional cost.

Refunds are not provided for technical issues that can be corrected.

4. Revision Policy

Each custom service includes a specified number of revisions, as noted in your project agreement or invoice.

  • Additional revisions beyond what is included may incur extra fees.

  • Requests for changes that differ significantly from the original project scope may be billed as a new project.

Revisions are not a basis for refunds.

5. Missed Deadlines

If Lake Ben Productions is unable to complete your project due to unexpected circumstances, we will:

  • Offer to reschedule the delivery date, or

  • Issue a partial or full refund depending on how much work has already been completed.

If delays are caused by the client (late responses, missing materials, changes of direction), refunds will not be offered.

6. Digital Downloads

Instant digital downloads cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
This includes premade:

  • Flyers

  • Templates

  • Presets

  • Graphics

  • Any non-custom digital file

If your download link expires or is lost, we will resend it at no cost.

7. No Refunds for Creative Preference

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Creative preference changes

  • A client changing their mind

  • Deciding not to use the delivered work

  • Differences in artistic style or interpretation

We encourage clients to be clear and detailed in their project instructions to ensure satisfaction.
